I am very happy to be deep-diving into conscious relaxation with you. 

 

This highly effective method of deep relaxation is actually a very natural way of being.  It uses the concepts of autogenic training (AT) which is a technique that teaches your body to respond to your verbal commands. These commands "tell" your body to relax and help control breathing, blood pressure, heartbeat, and body temperature. The goal of AT is to achieve deep relaxation and reduce stress. 

 

All you need to do is relax and imagine this is you talking to you.

 

This audio begins with the meditation.

Before you push play please get yourself in a comfortable position, laying down on your back.  Use any props, pillows, or blankets necessary to support your body to be in stillness for 20 minutes.

Take a few nourishing breaths, hit play and let your body sink into the instructions.
