MindBodySpirit Sessions

When we are in chronic contraction, resistance and stagnation because of our fear and denial of unwanted feelings we feel it as tension, stress, discomfort and pain in the body.  All you want is a little relief.

 

This 1.5 hour session is designed to help you relax, release and establish energetic flow again.  Each session is tailored to what you intend and need and can involve a combination of

breath work, biofeedback,

thai yoga massage, yoga, energy

work and coaching.
